From our very first visit to the last, the care, professionalism, and kindness we received were truly exceptional. Dr Garcia is the best. He is my daughter’s orthodontist and I couldn’t have made a better choice. His office is so welcoming, and charming!! My daughter started seeing a change within the first month. He is very knowledgeable and will explain everything you need to know, He will sit you in his office and go over the treatment plan for your child. We are grateful for always being so good to her!! She would literally walk next door to their office as we have a business near their office and the ladies would take in my daughter right away. His entire staff is amazing and Carmen was always on top of my daughter’s appts. Thank you for everything Dr Garcia!! I can’t say how grateful we are! This is a picture of my daughter’s very last appt!! Her smile is priceless! And btw she was dressed up as it was Halloween! 🎃

He may be a great doctor, I don’t know, but I personally will not be making an appointment because the staff was rude and unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment and the first lady who answered said, “Who’s this?” which already caught me off guard. She then transferred me to another lady. I politely asked if they had any availability today, and she laughed and said, “Oh no sweetie, we are by appointment only.” The condescending tone completely turned me away, so I just hung up. Customer service and kindness matter, especially in a medical office.

Their staff is the greatest. From the front desk to the back end. Phenomenal staff that Dr. Garcia has assembled. Extremely satisfied. Very friendly, clean, and fast. Looking for dental work, this is the place.

I had a wonderful experience with this doctor and the staff. They were incredibly friendly, dedicated, and genuinely caring about their patients. The office felt warm, inviting, and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I am completely satisfied.
